Tracy Busbee

President

Tracy has been in the retail merchandising industry for over 20 years. He manages all new and existing accounts, regularly calls on client headquarters on behalf of suppliers and is ultimately responsible for project development and execution. He began his career in the field doing product service, advancing to Divisional and Regional management becoming a Vice President in the industry before starting his own retail merchandising team 5 years ago..

Stephanie Samdahl

Director of Operations

Stephanie has been in the merchandising industry for over 15 years and has experience with every facet of retail merchandising from service, account management, purchasing, and staffing for both small reset projects to large capital projects. She has built a reputation built on strong business instincts and a "get things done" mentality. She organizes, motivates, inspires and challenges others to achieve a common goal.
